Safe & Secure Locksmith opened its doors at 4105 Macdonald Street in Vancouver in the early 1990s, and we've been answering the same phone number — 604-734-7233 — ever since. We started small: one technician, one truck, and a pager that rang at 2 a.m. more nights than not. We rebuilt our service model around a simple promise: a licensed locksmith arrives at your door, your car, or your business in 20–30 minutes for any address inside Vancouver, and 30–45 minutes for the rest of the Lower Mainland. The price you hear on the phone is the price on the invoice. If anything changes on-site, we tell you, and you decide whether to proceed before any additional work begins. Our service map covers Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Surrey, North and West Vancouver, Coquitlam, New Westminster, Port Moody, Port Coquitlam, Pitt Meadows, Maple Ridge, Langley, Delta, Abbotsford, and White Rock. Every technician on our payroll is individually licensed, background-checked under the Criminal Records Review Act, and covered by our commercial general liability and bonding insurance for the duration of any job in your home, vehicle, or business.

We're an ALOA (Associated Locksmiths of America) member shop, and a vetted ICBC and major-insurance approved provider for after-loss lock-and-key replacement claims. If your insurer asks for a licensed, bonded locksmith with a current B.C. credential, we're the one they list.
