Commercial locksmith partner program

A standing account with the shop instead of a fresh transaction on every call. It is built for property management companies, strata corporations, retail and restaurant groups, office complexes and small-business operators who need locksmith work more than a few times a year.

The work itself is the same work described on commercial locksmith: master key system maintenance, rekeys at unit turnover, panic hardware repairs, post-break-in response and scheduled hardware audits. What changes is the paperwork around it.

There is no hard minimum. If you are calling us several times a year, an account is usually simpler for both sides.

The common profiles are a management firm holding several buildings, a strata council that wants one contact for common doors and mailbox banks, and a business with more than one location on a shared keying scheme. Buildings are kept as separate key registries; the invoicing is consolidated.

• One monthly invoice. Consolidated billing on net-30 terms instead of a card transaction per job.
• A maintained key registry. We hold the keying chart for every system we install, so adding a unit or changing a tenant is a phone call rather than a re-survey, and future copies need written authorisation from a named person.
• A known contact. The dispatcher already has your buildings and your chart, so you are not explaining the system from scratch on every call.
• Restricted keyway support. We take over or design Mul-T-Lock, Medeco, Abloy and Schlage Primus systems and cut to registered code at $30-$80 per key.

Account work is priced from the same published sheet as everything else, so there is no partner rate card you cannot see. Commercial lock changes are $80-$380 per door, rekeys are $25-$45 per cylinder ($60-$120 per cylinder on high-security hardware), and a master key system is from $300 setup plus $30-$80 per cylinder ($60-$200 restricted). Volume terms on repeat work such as unit-turnover rekeys are agreed in writing when the account is opened. After-hours calls carry the same after-hours labour rates as any customer: from $150 between 5 pm and 9 pm and $250/hour from 9 pm to 8:30 am, with no partner surcharge on top.
