Subaru moved several of its models to a combined remote head key around 2008, and this is the four-button version from that first generation. Buttons are commonly lock, unlock, trunk or hatch, and panic. If you own an Impreza, Forester or Outback from these years, it is worth looking at your key. A rounded head with the buttons on it and a fixed blade suggests this item. A separate fob with a plain key means you have the older setup.
