Automotive Keys 2015-2019 Jeep Renegade / 4-Button Smart Key Vancouver

Not every Renegade has keyless start. Some trims use a flip key and a turned ignition, and those need a different key from this one. If your Renegade has a start button on the dash and you carry a fob you never insert, this is the right family. The fob talks to the vehicle by proximity, and its four buttons typically handle lock, unlock, liftgate and panic; check the photo against your own fob, since remote start versions carry a different layout. Tucked into the case is a mechanical emergency blade. It has no chip and will not start the Jeep, but it opens the driver's door if the fob battery dies on a cold morning, so we cut it to your lock as part of the job. The fob itself is programmed to the Renegade with the vehicle present, which we do at our shop or on a mobile call. Bring the registration and ID. If you have lost every key, let us know when you call so we come prepared for an all-keys-lost visit rather than a simple spare.
