Automotive Keys 2019-2022 Hyundai Sonata / 4-Button Flip Key Vancouver

The Sonata changed generations for 2020, and Hyundai made push start common on the new car. Keyed-ignition Sonatas from 2019 through 2022 still exist, mostly base trims and fleet cars, and this flip key serves them. Four buttons usually mean lock, unlock, trunk and panic. Because the generation change falls in the middle of this range, we confirm your year and trim before cutting. How to tell if a flip key is the right type: open the driver's door, look at the steering column. A keyhole means a key like this. A start button on the dash means a smart key. The Sonata uses a transponder chip in the key head, which the immobiliser reads at every start. A key without the chip programmed will turn but will not start the engine. We program the chip and pair the remote at the vehicle, and we cut the blade on our code machine from your car's code, so it fits like a new factory key. Please bring the Sonata along with its registration and photo ID. If no key is left, we still originate one at the car. We can work at the shop or in your parking spot.
