The visit takes 30-45 minutes. There's no obligation, no high-pressure pitch, and no sales template. If your hardware is solid we tell you so. If three doors need a strike-plate upgrade and one slider needs a secondary lock, that's what the report says. Most inspections turn into a $200-$600 hardware upgrade — sometimes nothing at all.
