Automotive Keys 2006-2007 Mitsubishi Eclipse Galant / 4-Button Remote Head Key Vancouver

The 2006 and 2007 Eclipse and Galant share a remote head key with four buttons: lock, unlock, trunk and panic. The record for this aftermarket unit lists FCC ID OUCG8D-620M-A, a Philips 46 transponder and a CR1620 coin cell, and the test key is MIT6, so it is worth checking those details against the key you already have. That fourth button is the trunk release, and it is the main way to tell this key apart from the three-button version some Mitsubishi models use. If your old key has only lock, unlock and panic, look at the 3-button listing instead. Two jobs happen here. First we cut the blade to your ignition and doors, either by duplicating a working key or by code. Then the chip is programmed to the car's immobiliser and the remote side is paired so the buttons work. Both need the vehicle on site, plus your registration and photo ID. Adding a key while you still have one that works is the easier route. If every key is gone, it is still doable, it just takes more steps. On a mobile call we do the whole job at the car.
