Automotive Keys 2017-2019 Hyundai Elantra GT / 4-Button Flip Key Vancouver

The Elantra GT is the hatchback, and despite the name it is a different car from the Elantra sedan, with its own key. This listing is the folding remote key for turn-ignition GTs from 2017 to 2019. Four buttons usually give lock, unlock, hatch and panic, and the blade swings out from the side of the head. Push-start GTs use a smart key instead. What owners usually notice first is the blade sitting slightly crooked, then not latching at all. A fold-out blade levers on a small pin every time you open it, and after a few years the pin or spring gives way. Sometimes the head cracks along its seam too. A new complete key is cut on our code machine to your locks, then programmed to the GT with the car present, so the chip satisfies the immobiliser and the buttons operate the locks. Bring the registration and your photo ID. If the original key is lost, we originate a new one at the car. Visit 4105 Macdonald St or call 604-734-7233 for a mobile visit.
