Key Blanks 1502 Vancouver

Just moved in? Before you order a stack of spares on a 1502 blank, think about who else might hold a key to your new place. Previous owners, their relatives, contractors and past tenants can all have copies. Many people choose to rekey first, then cut spares from the new key so they know exactly how many exist. If the existing key is staying, copying it is a counter job. We check that your key matches the 1502 profile, trace it on the duplicator, remove the burrs and compare the copy to the original. A good copy enters easily and turns with the same feel. If the keys you were handed are worn copies rather than originals, ask us to look at them. Decoding the cuts and cutting to code gives a cleaner key than tracing a tired one. Whether you need copies, a rekey, or both, call 604-734-7233 and we will help you decide what makes sense for your doors.
