Coquitlam is a mobile service area worked out of the Vancouver shop, and it is the middle of our Tri-Cities run: the same van covers Port Coquitlam and Port Moody on the same day.

The bulk of the work here is residential rekeying in Burquitlam and Austin Heights, strata and townhouse lock changes on Westwood Plateau, and car keys in the Coquitlam Centre parking structures.

Our van leaves the shop at 4105 Macdonald St in Vancouver and reaches most Coquitlam addresses in 35-50 minutes over Highway 1 and the Lougheed Highway.

A service call in standard hours is $75. After-hours labour starts at $150 between 5 pm and 9 pm and runs $250/hour from 9 pm to 8:30 am, quoted before we dispatch.

You get the price on the phone before anyone is dispatched, and the technician confirms it at the door before starting work.

Coquitlam Centre and the Town Centre blocks are where the car-key calls come from: underground parkades, a dead fob and no spare. Burquitlam and Maillardville are older single-family homes and walk-ups, mostly rekeys and deadbolt upgrades. Westwood Plateau and Eagle Ridge are strata and townhouse complexes where the job is often a common-door cylinder rather than a suite lock. Austin Heights and Como Lake sit in between: post-war houses that have been renovated around their original hardware.

Parts are extra only when you ask for new hardware. If a rekey solves the problem we say so, because a $25-$45 per cylinder rekey is a better outcome for you than a lock change you did not need.
