Automotive Keys 2002-2009 GM / 3-Button Keyless Entry Remote Vancouver

Silverado, Sierra, Tahoe, Yukon, Suburban, Trailblazer, Envoy: these GM trucks and SUVs of the 2000s often carried a three-button keyless remote on the ring next to the ignition key. This listing covers that remote, for vehicles from 2002 to 2009. Why do we list two GM three-button fobs for the same years? Because GM did. The two look alike, but the internal codes differ, and a fob with the wrong code will pair with nothing. Read the FCC ID off the back of your current one, or ask us to confirm for your trim/year using the VIN. That one step saves a return trip. Once you have the right remote, pairing is done at the vehicle. Some of these GM trucks accept a new remote through an onboard learn procedure; others need a programming tool. We handle either and test every button before you leave. There is no blade in this remote and no chip for the ignition, so it is purely about locks and the panic alarm. If your truck needs an ignition key as well, we can cut and program one at the same visit. Swing by our counter at 4105 Macdonald St, or book a mobile visit if the truck is somewhere else.
