Automotive Keys 2002-2019 Nissan Infiniti NI04T Transponder Key Vancouver

NI04T is the blank reference for the plain black-head Nissan and Infiniti ignition key that ran for nearly two decades, from Altimas and Sentras to Frontiers and older Infiniti sedans. It has no buttons. What it does have is a transponder chip moulded into the head, and the car reads that chip every time you turn the ignition. A copy that is only cut will unlock the doors and turn the switch, then the engine will crank and quit, or not crank at all, because the immobiliser does not recognise it. Nissan changed chip generations over this long span, so we match the key to your year and model before we program it. Ask us to confirm for your trim if you are buying ahead of time. Cutting is done on a code machine, either from your existing key or from the key code when nothing is left to copy. If one key still works, adding a second is the straightforward version of the job. Losing every key means we also have to work out the cuts from the lock, which takes more steps. Either way the car needs to be present for programming, along with your registration and photo ID.
