Automotive Keys 2008-2016 Alfa Romeo Mito / 3-Button Flip Key Vancouver

Alfa Romeo is rare enough here that a replacement Mito key can be hard to track down, so this aftermarket flip key is useful to have available. It suits the 2008 to 2016 Mito and replaces part number 71765841, with three buttons for lock, unlock and trunk. The electronics are a PCF7946 transponder and a 433 MHz remote powered by a CR2032 battery, and the blade is the SIP22 profile used across the Fiat group. The blade folds into the head and springs out at the press of a button. Cutting a SIP22 blade is precise work because the cuts are milled as a track along the side of the blade rather than notched into its edge; we do it on our code machine. The PCF7946 chip and remote are then programmed to the car, which means the vehicle needs to be present along with the registration and owner's photo ID. Because the Mito was not sold new in North America, most here are imports, so check the part number and button layout on your current key before ordering. Call 604-734-7233 and we will confirm the match.
