Automotive Keys 2010-2019 GM / 5-Button Reusable Flip Key Vancouver

Factory GM remotes lock themselves to the first vehicle they are programmed to, which is why a used fob from a parts lot often refuses to learn a second car. A reusable flip key is built to avoid that problem: its electronics can be programmed fresh, so it behaves like a new key for your vehicle. This one follows the five-button layout most GM trucks, SUVs and sedans of the 2010s used with factory remote start. In practice the job is the same as any complete key. We cut the folding blade to your locks, register the transponder so the engine will start, and pair the remote buttons. The vehicle needs to be with us, whether that is in our lot or your driveway, and we ask for registration and photo ID so we know it is yours to key. Who tends to buy these? Owners of fleet vehicles that rotate keys between units, people replacing a lost spare, and anyone who has already been burned trying to reuse a secondhand fob. Count the buttons on your existing key and look for the remote start symbol before ordering. If anything looks different, call us and describe it, and we will confirm the correct version for your year.
