Automotive Keys 2015-2021 Chevrolet Suburban Tahoe / 6-Button Smart Key Vancouver

The extra year on this listing is the reason to slow down for a moment. Chevrolet launched an all-new Tahoe and Suburban for 2021, and the newer trucks may use a different fob from the 2015-2020 generation, so a 2021 owner in particular should confirm with us by VIN before ordering. For the earlier trucks, this is the familiar six-button proximity fob: lock and unlock, remote start, liftgate, rear glass and panic, with each button only doing something if the truck has that feature. When it arrives, there are two things to set up. The emergency blade tucked inside gets cut to your driver's door, so a dead fob does not mean a locked-out family on a road trip. The fob itself gets programmed to the Suburban or Tahoe, which happens with the vehicle on hand; we can do that from our Vancouver shop or on a mobile call. Ownership papers and photo ID are required. One last tip from the counter: a soft case or keychain cover helps these fobs survive years of being dropped on concrete.
