Not every CR-V or Civic from these years has push start. The trims that still start with a turned key use this remote head: a fixed blade with the transmitter and immobiliser chip moulded into one black head. Count the buttons before you order. Honda uses an internally cut blade on these models, the kind with a wavy groove milled down the middle rather than notches along the edge.
