Automotive Keys 2019-2020 Dodge Ram Pickup / 3-Button Smart Key Vancouver

Ram's fifth-generation pickup arrived for 2019 with a new proximity fob, and the most basic version has just three buttons: lock, unlock and panic. Trucks built with remote start, a power tailgate or air suspension got more buttons, so if your fob has extra icons, look at the matching listing instead. A note on names: the trucks are sold as Ram, though many owners still call them Dodge Rams. Either way, the key depends on the model year and generation rather than the badge. Ram also kept selling the older body as the Ram Classic during these years, and its keys are different. If you are not sure which truck you have, the VIN tells us. The fob has an emergency key that slides out of its body. We cut it to your driver's door on a code machine so it opens the truck if the fob battery is flat. The fob itself is programmed through the diagnostic port with the pickup present. We need the registration and your photo ID before we program any truck key. If you have one working fob, a spare is the quicker job; if not, we can still get you running.
