The Dodge flip key, and how we set one up.
The ProMaster is a commercial van, and its key is built around fleet use: a folding blade with three buttons for lock, unlock and panic. The design comes from the Fiat Ducato it is based on, which is why it looks unlike other Ram keys. Fleet operators are some of our most regular ProMaster customers. Vans change drivers, keys walk off with departing staff, and a single lost key can take a working vehicle off the road. Keeping a spare for every van is the cheapest way to avoid that. Before ordering, check whether your van needs this listing or the Marelli BCM version. ProMasters were built with different body control modules, and the key has to match the module. If you are not sure, give us the year and we can help you work it out, or we can check when we see the van. We cut the folding blade to your van's locks, then program the transponder and remote with the van present. Bring the registration and photo ID of the owner or an authorised company representative.
