Automotive Keys 2012-2014 Toyota Camry / 4-Button Remote Head Key Vancouver

The 2012 to 2014 Camry is one of the most common cars on Canadian roads, and this is the key for turn-ignition versions of it. The listing calls it an aftermarket replacement with FCC ID HYQ12BDM, a G chip transponder and a 315 MHz remote. Four buttons usually mean lock, unlock, trunk and panic. The G chip matters. Earlier Toyotas used different chips, and a key with the wrong chip will turn in the ignition but the engine will not stay running. If your Camry falls in this year range and uses a turn key, the G chip version is very likely right, but check the letter stamped on your blade near the head if you want to be sure. We cut the blade, program the chip to the immobiliser and pair the remote, all with the car present. If you still have a working key, it is a quick addition; if every key is gone, we do that too, at the car. Bring the registration and photo ID. A spare for a Camry you plan to keep for years is always cheaper than an emergency later.
