The M3N32297100 fobik key, and how we set one up.
Chrysler's name for its blade-free fob is Fobik, and the Dart used it from launch. This five-button version adds remote start and a trunk release to the regular lock, unlock and panic. It carries a mechanical emergency key inside, which is the only way in through the driver's door if the fob dies. Darts with push-button start detect the Fobik in the cabin; on some trims the fob plugs into a slot in the dash instead. Either way, the car must have it registered before the engine will start. We program the new Fobik to your Dart with the car present and cut the emergency key to your door. Remote start only works if the Dart came with it. If your current fob has four buttons, a five-button fob will not add remote start on its own, so look at the four-button listing. Darts were made in modest numbers and fobs are less common than for Charger or Challenger, so order ahead. We do spares and all keys lost; registration and photo ID needed.
