Four buttons on a RAM Fobik usually means remote start has joined lock, unlock and panic, though on some trucks the fourth button operates the tailgate instead. The button only does something if the truck was built for it, so match your current fob's layout and check the labels. This is the push-in style key. You put the Fobik into a slot in the dash and turn it, rather than pressing a start button. The fob carries the immobiliser chip and the remote together, and a small mechanical key slides out of the end for the driver's door.
