Automotive Keys 2015-2023 Dodge Chrysler Fiat / 5-Button Smart Key Vancouver

Dodge, Chrysler and Fiat share electronics across many models, and this 5-button proximity fob turns up on several of them. That breadth is why we ask for the VIN before you buy. The shell may look like your key while the electronics inside belong to a different model or frequency, and a fob that does not match simply will not program. Five buttons usually means lock, unlock, trunk or liftgate, remote start and panic, but compare your fob's icons to the photo. When the fit is confirmed, the fob is programmed to your vehicle with it present, and its built-in emergency blade is cut to your door lock so it is useful in a pinch. Common reasons people come in: a fob crushed in a door, a fob that went through a washing machine, or a used car bought with only one key. That last case is a good time to add a second; adding a key while one works keeps the job simple. Bring the vehicle registration and photo ID. We do this at our shop or on site anywhere in Vancouver.
