Automotive Keys 2019-2023 Dodge Charger Challenger SRT / 5-Button Smart Key Vancouver

SRT cars are the one corner of the Charger and Challenger range where the fob does more than unlock doors. On supercharged SRT models, Dodge supplies two fobs that unlock different power levels, widely known as the red key and the black key, and the car decides what it allows based on which one it detects. Before ordering, tell us your exact model and which key you are replacing, and we will confirm the fob and how it should be programmed. The face carries five buttons: lock, unlock, trunk, remote start and panic. Like the other Dodge proximity fobs, it hides a mechanical key for the driver's door, which we cut to your lock so you can get in when the battery is flat. Performance cars often sit through the winter. A long stretch in storage drains both the car's battery and the fob's coin cell, so check those before assuming the fob has failed. Programming happens at the car through the diagnostic port. We need the registration and your photo ID. With one working fob, adding a second is the simpler job; if every fob is gone, we still originate one at the vehicle. Questions about your SRT can go to 604-734-7233.
