Automotive Keys 2019-2023 Ram 1500 Pickup / 3-Button Smart Key Vancouver

Lock, unlock and panic are all you get on this Ram 1500 fob, and for a lot of trucks that is exactly right. Base and work trims of the new-generation 1500 were frequently ordered without remote start, so the fob that came with them has three buttons. This listing covers the full 2019 to 2023 range. Why pick the plain fob over one with more buttons? Because the truck decides which functions work. An extra remote start button on a truck without remote start does nothing. Matching the original keeps things simple and saves money. One thing to remember about the 1500 is that the older body, the Ram Classic, was built alongside the new truck and takes a different key. If you are not sure which you have, the VIN or a photo of the dashboard clears it up quickly. The job itself: we cut the fob's emergency key to your driver's door, then register the fob with the truck through the diagnostic port. That needs the truck present, plus its registration and your photo ID. If the only fob is lost, we still originate one at the truck. Call 604-734-7233 to book a time at the counter or on site.
