Automotive Keys 2021 Hyundai Elantra / 4-Button Smart Key Vancouver

Hyundai launched a new Elantra for 2021, sharper and lower than before, and the push start trims came with this four button proximity key. The buttons are normally lock, unlock, trunk and panic. Some cars have remote start, which can change the layout, so look at your fob and ask us to confirm for your trim. The 2021 is the first year of that generation. Keys from the 2020 and earlier Elantra are a different design and will not work. That is worth knowing if you are shopping for a fob online and see one that looks close. When the fob battery is weak, Hyundai usually lets you start by holding the fob against the start button. The doors are opened with the mechanical key that slides out of the fob. It comes uncut, and we cut it to your lock on our code machine. On some Hyundais the driver's lock sits under a small cover on the handle. Programming happens at the car with the registration and your photo ID. With one working key, adding a second is the shorter visit, and if none remain we still originate one at the car.
