Automotive Keys 2007-2017 Volvo / 5-Button Smart Key w/ Approach Lights Vancouver

Approach lights is the fifth button on this Volvo key, next to lock, unlock, trunk and panic. Press it as you walk to the car and the exterior lights come on, a small thing that makes a dark parkade much friendlier. The record lists an original OEM unit in refurbished condition, FCC ID KR55WK49264, Philips ID 46, 433 MHz, CR2430 battery, part numbers 30659607 and 30659549. It comes with an aftermarket emergency key, EKB-VOL-001, cut to the HU101 profile. This key does not have the PCC button found on some Volvo fobs. If your current key has six buttons, look at the 6-button listings instead. Programming requires diagnostic equipment and the car present. We need your registration and photo ID. Adding a fob while you still have one is the quicker job. If every fob is gone, we can still do all keys lost at the vehicle. The emergency blade is cut on our code machine to your door lock. Keep it in the fob: Volvos with a flat battery or a dead fob need a mechanical way in. Ask us to confirm the right key for your model and year, since Volvo frequencies vary by market.
