Automotive Keys 2009-2020 Mazda / Emergency Blade (w/o Chip) Vancouver

Without a chip means exactly what it says: this Mazda emergency blade, for 2009 to 2020 smart key fobs, is a plain piece of metal that opens the door and nothing more. It covers a longer run of years than the 2009 to 2015 listing, taking in later Mazda models whose fobs use the same style of insert. Where does it go? It slides into the back of your smart key and locks in place with a small catch. When the fob battery or the car battery is flat, you pull it out and use it in the driver's door lock. Because it carries no electronics, there is no programming and no need to bring the car to us. We cut it by code from the vehicle's details, or by copying your existing blade, and code cutting gives a factory-depth cut even if the original is long gone. People typically order these after buying a used Mazda with the fob but no blade, or after the catch on their own fob wore and the blade fell out. Check that the insert style matches your fob before ordering. You can call us on 604-734-7233 to confirm.
