Automotive Keys 2014-2016 Kia Forte / 4-Button Flip Key Vancouver

Forte owners from 2014 to 2016 with a turn ignition got a folding key like this one, with the blade tucked into the remote head and four buttons on the face: lock, unlock, trunk and panic. Sedan, coupe and hatchback Fortes from these years generally share this style, but ask us to confirm for your body and trim before you buy. A flip key does two jobs. The blade, with its transponder chip in the head, lets the engine run. The remote lets you lock and unlock from a distance. A replacement has to be set up for both, which is what we do: cut the blade to your locks, then program the chip and the remote to the car. The Forte is a popular first car and student car, and we see a lot of single-key Fortes where the only key has been snapped in a door or lost at school. If that is your situation, you will need the car present, but it does not have to be driven to us. We can come to it. Paperwork is the same as any programmed key: the vehicle registration and your photo ID.
