Automotive Keys 2021-2022 Mitsubishi Outlander / 3-Button Smart Key Vancouver

Mitsubishi's 2021-2022 Outlander uses a proximity key under FCC ID KR5MTXN1, transmitting on 434 MHz and running on a CR2032 coin cell. This brand new OEM unit has three buttons: lock, unlock and panic, with no remote start control, so it suits Outlanders that were never fitted with that option. One thing to know up front: the record for this item states the emergency key is not included, so the little metal insert that opens the driver's door when the battery is flat has to come from your old fob or be supplied and cut separately. Ask us when you order and we will sort that part out with you. The fob itself is programmed to the Outlander at the vehicle, with the registration and photo ID on hand. Because it is a smart key, it lets you start with the button as long as the fob is inside the cabin. If the four-button version with remote start is what you had, see that listing instead, because the button layout should match the vehicle's equipment.
