A fobik is the chunky one-piece fob that slots into the dash rather than turning in a barrel, used across Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram from the mid 2000s. There is no separate blade: the emergency key hides inside the case. We stock aftermarket fobiks, program them to the vehicle at 4105 Macdonald Street, and cut the hidden blade at the same time. A flip key folds its blade into the remote housing, so a broken hinge or a worn spring is the usual reason one comes across the counter rather than the electronics failing.
